Welcome to Dukesbridge Kitisuru
Our first Kenyan preschool is located in the green, lush upscale suburb of Kitisuru within 10km of Nairobi CBD. Previously known as Smart Start Kinder Academy, the school was taken over by Dukesbridge in 2019. Kitisuru is a popular choice for the expat community as well as members of the United Nations.
Campus Features
Accommodates children from 6 months until the age of 5. Times of operation are currently 8.30am – 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 12.30pm on Friday. It is built on 1 acre of lush, green land, the grounds are well manicured with ample space for kids to play and explore. This campus boasts a sandpit, a play ground, lots of natural light and greenery. We also have a yoga room/art room where kids can explore their talents. We have a sleeping room where the kids can nap and the environment is calm and serene. There is a lovely outdoor lunch area.
School Fees Structure 2019 - 2020
All fees must be paid in full on or before the first day of school. No cash accepted - For payment methods, please contact our head of school.
Admission fee 10,000 Kshs (Non-Refundable)
Caution Fee 10,000 Kshs Refundable (Mandatory 1 term notice required)
Sibling Discount : 5% discount on second child tuition only
Pay in Full : Receive 5% off if you pay in full for the entire year
1st Term

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, parents are required to give one full term’s notice or pay in lieu of notice should they wish to terminate their agreement with Dukesbridge.

Hi, this is Naveeda! I trained as a Paediatric Sleep Specialist and have a passion for the development and well-being of young children. Our gorgeous campus is nestled in the beautiful leafy suburb of Kitisuru in Nairobi, with a huge lush green playground complete with rabbits and chickens!
