Event Recap

Children from our 9 preschool campuses and our Trianon Primary school performed at the Dukesbridge Games 2019. The preschool house competition was fiercer than ever with some of our newer campuses teaming up together to make it fairer. The stadium in Rose Hill was literally overflowing with cheering supporters who, in addition to dressing in campus colours, made the effort to bring encouraging signs, flags and banners for their children’s campus. As the games fell on the 4th of July, the opening ceremony reflected different aspects of American history and landmarks, especially the campus mascots. It was our biggest event yet, special thanks to our 125 amazing parent-volunteers!

Event Recap

This year, the Games hosted participants from 7 preschool campuses and the students from Dukesbridge Primary. While preschool students carried on with team games and fun activities, primary school children participated in proper athletic events such as the 400m flat race, 100m sprint, shot put, javelin, high jump and long jump. Parents packed the stadium early on, dressed up in the campus colours and sat together to cheer their children’s campus. It was an amazing day for all..

Event Recap

Dukesbridge Games in 2017 was held on 30th June at the Gaeton Duval Stadium in Rose Hill. A mascot from each campus dressed as an animal from Old MacDonald’s farm helped lead a lively opening ceremony with children from 18 months to 6 years of age, with the inclusion of the very first class of Dukesbridge Primary students. The competition saw campus points awarded for every first, second and third place in each race event being tallied up for a final score. During the event, we had a blood donation van hosted by a group of parents.
