The Dukesbridge success is not a story written by one man alone. It has required a team of passionate individuals to put their heads together and come up with an innovative solution to respond to our society’s need for quality education at an affordable rate. Our senior leadership team consists of executives from various educational backgrounds and different competencies. As a team, we have developed solutions to the countless challenges that schools and the sector as a whole face.
Setting up several school campuses over the years has forced us to become rather organised and disciplined in our approach. We have transferred our own experience into a comprehensive operations manual for all our partners. By joining forces with Dukesbridge, you not only get to tap into our experience and skill-set but you also get the opportunity to extend your influence beyond your own school and actively contribute your ideas towards our goal of building stronger nations.
A centralised system
Even if we have several schools and campuses spread around the region, we work very much as one team. We consider Dukesbridge to be one big house with many rooms. Many processes are centralised which ensures consistency in approach and delivery of our services. Our staff often go on rotations so that they can learn from new environments but also impart the Dukesbridge culture in all our locations. We have Heads of Department for every age group. Lessons are planned together and adjusted to cater for specific needs. Our campus managers are linked through a central online system all day long and we assign zone leaders to a cluster of campuses to provide continuous onsite support. We use technology to keep us all together on the same page from one season to the next.
School infrastructure matters
What we look for? We strongly believe in large play areas, especially outdoor ones. One of the pillars of the Dukesbridge curriculum is embracing the outdoors, and we absolutely love green spaces which translate into many hours of fun for children. We also have great respect for old buildings which are cosy, have character and generate a warm, welcoming feel for our little ones. As a matter of fact, a few of our properties are old style colonial houses renovated into preschools. Our team has great foresight in terms of the layout of classrooms and activity areas and can certainly assist with efficient planning of the spaces, including terraces and balconies.
Just ask
The first step is to complete the following form expressing your interest. Your application will be reviewed by the management team who may arrange a visit to your premises and ask you some further questions. Once your application has been considered favourably, you will be assigned to a Business Development Manager who will explain to you how the franchise model works at Dukesbridge. Should we proceed, we will help you in the process of rebranding using the tools we have acquired by assisting other franchisees. The support provided to our franchisees is continuous throughout their time at Dukesbridge.
